Service Description

Daytime Flow -I arrive and we check in for as long as you need -ensure you are healing well - We make a plan for how to make the most out of our time together - provide support references based on our check in discussion if desired (support circle, acupuncture, postpartum therapist, massage therapist, herbalist etc) - I ensure I leave the home with tasks completed, you feel well supported, and baby is content What falls under tasks I can support you with? House tidying, laundry, meal prep, bottle prep / washing, newborn care, grocery run, simply holding your little one while you take a shower, nap, eat and have time for yourself. Sessions can be scheduled from a minimum of 4hrs-max of 10hrs Starting rate is 60$/hr for singleton 65$/hr for twins Nightime Flow - I arrive and check in on you, we chat about how you're settling in, I leave the space open to listen. - You get a full nights rest :) - During baby's first stretch of sleep, I like to ensure everything is ready for you the following morning, for example: I clean bottles from the day, bag breastmilk, prepare bottles for next day, fold baby laundry - I help your little one get acclimated to their bassinet: change, feed, burp, back to sleep rotation - I provide a detailed log of the night (diaper changes, milk drank, sleeping patterns etc) 65$ /hr for singletons 70$/ hr for twins
